No. The chart is built entirely in your browser and saved in your browser's local storage. Your guest list is never sent to a server.

Can I import my guest list from a spreadsheet?

Yes. Export your guests as a CSV and use Import CSV file, or paste names straight into the paste box — one name per line, or columns named First and Last, or a single Name column.

How do I save my seating chart and come back to it later?

The chart saves itself in the browser you are using, so you can close the tab and return to it. To move it to another device or keep a backup, use Download JSON and load that file later with Load JSON.

What can I export when the seating chart is finished?

Accepted Answer

Three formats: a PNG image of the floor plan to print or send to your venue, a CSV listing every seat for your caterer, and a JSON file listing each table with the names of the guests seated at it.
